Ali Van practices axiology. Her work finds measure in languages of love, prefiguring light and psyche. She was born in New York, nurtured through Hong Kong and Minnesota, and holds accreditations from the Center for Applied Jungian Studies, the Minnesota Jung Association, and the Association for Psychological Therapies, alongside academic degrees from Yale and Columbia universities. She is a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach through Moving the Human Spirit, and continues her psychoanalytic studies through the Society of Analytical Psychology. She lives with her family in the Hebrides, and works between Hong Kong, China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Herein she extends to a life calling wilderness, sentient sovereignties, and root song.
